Kosa So is the founder and owner of the Mason Law Firm. For nearly 10 years, he has represented thousands of clients in need of either criminal or civil help. His experience is extensive, and includes not only many jury trials (both civil and criminal), but also bench trials, and none judicial work, such as representation of students before the school board, proprietors before the ABC board, and, but not least, contractual disagreements. He has built his practice on the belief that each client deserves passionate and effective representation, and that each client is treated with respect regardless of the value of his or her case.
Attorney Kosa So, graduated with honors from the Washington College of Law at American University, where he was a Note & Comment editor of the Law Review.
Attorney Kosa So also served as a federal law clerk to the Honorable U.S. Magistrate Judge James E. Bradberry, where he gained invaluable knowledge and wisdom working directly with a federal judge. His experience as a federal law clerk afforded him an "insider's" perspective of the day-to-day functioning of a courthouse. In addition to his experience as a law clerk, he worked closely with a distinguished police officer and former Virginia commonwealth attorney (prosecutor) for several years.
He is licensed to practice in all Virginia courts, as well as before the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit.
